Eligibility Criteria for 2025 Peak Milk Global Traineeship Supply Chain

Our ideal candidates meet the following criteria:

1. At least a completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management, Technology, or Supply Chain Management)
2. Fresh graduate with preferably less than two years of working experience
3. Fluent in English
4. Global mindset, strong team player with analytical, social, leadership, and result-driven skills
5. Interest in diverse disciplines within Supply Chain/Operations, including Quality Assurance (QA), Operations, Maintenance, and Planning & Delivery
6. Ambition to build a career in a production-focused environment
