Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 in Morocco | Fully Funded

The ADEL program by the Policy Center for the New South brings together young leaders for a fully funded week of leadership development training. It gathers innovative minds to shape better policies. Since its start, the institute has built a global network of researchers and partners. This conference is part of PCNS’s ongoing events. After the program (December 7–11, 2025), participants join the Atlantic Dialogues (December 11–13, 2025) to meet global leaders and discuss cross-regional issues

The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) is a Moroccan think tank that aims to participate in improving the social and economic conditions that are the real threats to the development of the communities, especially in Morocco and the rest of Africa. PCNS has had a tradition of holding this Atlantic Dialogue Conference annually since 2012. Throughout the decade, it has involved resourceful and influential public and private sector leaders through informal discussions on regional and cross-regional issues. It has promoted dialogue-based peaceful solutions to the challenges.

This yearly international training program consists of organized group conversations with decision-makers and opinion-makers on key Atlantic development and cooperation issues. Also, the Atlantic Young Professional Program, which is held two days before the conference, holds informal meetings with progressive community leaders and think tank representatives. Through this program and conference, it is hoped that collective wisdom and innovation can help communities thrive in today’s complex policy and business world.

Eligibility Criteria for Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 in Morocco | Fully Funded

1. The participants must be between the ages of 25-35.
2. Applicants must be citizens of countries located in Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, or the Caribbean. Also, the citizens of countries bordering the Atlantic Basin will be given priority.
3. Applicants who are citizens from other countries who have residency in countries of the regions listed above can also apply.
4. Applicants must be proficient in English in their statement and a short video.
5. Applicants must have given assurance about their availability for the full duration of this six-day program.

Benefits of Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 in Morocco | Fully Funded

1. PCNS will cover economy class airfare of the participants to and from Morocco.
2. Local transportation will be provided.
3. The participants will be provided with a catering facility during the dates of the conference.
4. The conference organizers will cover good hotel accommodation during the dates of the program and conference.
5. After the program, selected candidates can join the Atlantic Conference as participants as well.
