Eligibility Criteria for Canada Post Small Business Tales of Triumph Contest 2025 (Win $5,000 cash)

To enter and be eligible to win, an authorized representative of a company must be:

A legal resident of Canada at the time of entry
Age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides
Not an employee of Canada Post, its affiliated companies or agents, its respective advertising or promotional agencies or a member of any such employee's immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not).

For this competition you must be a "small business" - a company with less than CAN$5M in annual gross sales. The company cannot be a subsidiary of a parent domestic or international company where the parent company has more than CAN$5M in gross annual sales. Additionally, to enter, your business must be Canadian; the criteria are as follows:

Has a place of business located in Canada
Offers products or services for direct sale online or through a physical location in Canada
Sells to Canadian end users
