Eligibility Criteria for Carleton University International Certificate Program 2025

1. Applicant must be a graduate, or currently enrolled, in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board ICP Program
2. Applicant must have applied and been offered admission to the Bachelor of Global and International Studies (BGInS)
3. Applicant must be entering the first year of the program and pursuing post-secondary studies for the first time
4. Applicant must have an admissions average of 80 percent or higher
5. Eligible candidates must submit their application no later than two years after the completion of high school

Benefits of Carleton University International Certificate Program 2025

1. Valued at $1000. Awarded to 10 outstanding students entering the Bachelor of Global and International Studies (BGInS) program at Carleton University. Eligible students must be graduates, or currently enrolled, in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board ICP Program

How to Apply

1. Attach a copy of your ICP Certificate or, if currently enrolled, a letter completed by your school’s International Certificate
2. Advisor or the International Certificate Program Coordinator to confirm your enrollment in the program
3. Complete the entire form and submit all documents directly to Awards and Financial Aid: awards@carleton.ca
4. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered
