DHL Group Graduate Management Trainee Program for Warehouse Operations and Excellence – 2025

The role of a Graduate Management Trainee (Warehouse) is designed to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop skills in various aspects of warehouse operations management within our organization. This role typically involves rotational assignments across different departments or functions within the operations division, allowing trainees to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s operational management systems, processes & standards.

In addition, the GMT shall be supporting Operations Excellence Functional Leads in driving strategic Operations Excellence programs, namely, Health & Safety, Environment & Sustainability, Quality & Regulatory Assurance, Project Delivery, and Continuous Improvement & Accelerated Digitalization initiatives, to develop and grow the performance of operations in a consistent way through the standardized Operations Excellence Programs & Tools.

Eligibility Criteria for DHL Graduate Management Trainee Program 2025

1. Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in a business-related field.
2. Leadership and people management.
3. Strong planning and organizing skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
5. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
6. Fluent in both English and Swahili.
7. Demonstrates a positive and respectful attitude towards others. Behaves in an honest, open, and trustworthy manner.
8. and experience freely with others.
9. Delivers excellent customer service. It takes time to talk to customers. Appreciates what customers want and continuously strives to meet customer expectations.
10. Works safely within the health, safety, and environmental guidelines and ensures others do the same. Strives to reduce the number of Health and safety-related incidents within the work area.
11. Achieves work targets and is willing to take on additional roles/responsibilities.
12. Continuously reviews current processes.
