Gottfried Böhm Scholarship for Postgraduate Architects & Urban Planners 2025

Posted on: 24 Mar, 2025 Deadline: 31 May, 2025

The Gottfried Böhm Scholarship, named after the iconic architect renowned for harmonizing buildings with their surroundings, provides an unparalleled residency experience. Held under the patronage of Cologne's mayor, Henriette Reker, this prestigious program enables architects and urban planners to delve into creative and visionary projects in Cologne and its surroundings.

Throughout the year-long residency, the chosen fellow benefits from a nurturing environment with access to a workspace in Cologne's vibrant core and free accommodation. Moreover, a distinguished tutor offers one-on-one professional guidance, while an advisory committee is on hand for further support.

The program culminates in a public event hosted at Cologne City Hall, where the fellow's work is honored, followed by a two-week exhibition in the Spanish Building atrium.
