The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) invites applications for a fully funded PhD project investigating the late effects of pediatric cancer treatment. This research will harness real-world datasets to better understand long-term cancer risks in survivors of childhood cancer.

Eligibility Criteria for ICR Paediatric Cancer Treatment Late-effects PhD Project 2025

  1. A strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a related discipline
  2. Evidence of interest or experience in medical data analysis
  3. Ability to develop and apply statistical methodologies to real-world datasets
  4. A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate degree (or equivalent); a master’s degree is an advantage
