Call for Applications: Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program 2025

The Miller Center is at the forefront of the global social entrepreneurship movement, with a robust track record of accelerating social enterprises since 2003. Social entrepreneurs worldwide are innovating solutions to tackle our most pressing social problems and address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Social entrepreneurship is leading the way in transforming markets for good and ultimately propelling us to end poverty. We accept applications on a rolling basis, and space is limited. It only takes a few minutes to see if you qualify through our pre-application survey.

Eligibility Criteria for Miller Center Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator 2025
- A senior leader (e.g., CEO, Executive Director, Managing Director)
- Fluent in English or Spanish
- Has consistent and reliable access to internet connectivity
- Proficient in Excel
- Has the availability to participate in the 6-month program requiring:
- Weekly 1-hour calls with mentors
- Commit to working a few hours per week on the plan to become more investable
- Committed to creating positive benefits for people living in poverty, addressing one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Intentional about supporting women’s economic power, climate resilience, or the intersection of both. The Miller Center looks at four dimensions of women’s economic power — women as leaders, employees, value chain participants, and/or customers. Climate resilience focuses on addressing the intersection between the climate crisis and people living in poverty who are most impacted, specifically in the areas of safe water and sanitation, renewable energy, and regenerative agriculture.
- Committed to scale its solution far beyond current operations
- Operational for at least a year and delivering products/services to customers
- Has at least $50,000 USD (or local currency equivalent) in annual earned income and is not entirely dependent on contributions or grants
- Working financial model forecasting cash flow, balance sheet, income statement
- Minimum 3 full-time staff (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-month cash runway

How to Apply
When is the next accelerator, and what is the application deadline?
- Our next accelerator kicks off in July 2025.
- Early Decision Application Deadline: February 21, 2025. Apply early to be one of the first to receive your admissions decision.
- Early Decision Notification: March 26, 2025, for applicants who apply by February 21.
- Regular Application Deadline: April 13, 2025.
- Cohort Selected: All applicants will be notified by May 19, 2025.
Applications submitted after April 13, 2025, will be considered for the following accelerator.
