Eligibility Criteria for PACE Graduate Engineering Development Programme 2025

1. First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
2. You will have completed a Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering related Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree or equivalent by the start of the programme.
3. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
4. Eligibility to work anywhere within Nigeria.
5. Full mobility across Nigeria, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton.
6. Be mobile across the MEA region after completing the programme.
7. Availability to start full-time employment as of 1st of September 2025.
8. Have the “PACE” and desire to embark on a pathway to accelerate your career to become a future engineering leader.
