With Amazon Business, organizations of any size can simplify buying and drive toward their next stage of growth. Amazon Business helps leaders modernize and automate procurement with powerful management controls and analytic tools-all within the familiar experience of Amazon.

Eligibility Criteria for Amazon Small Business Grants 2025 ($25,000 grant)

Must be a U.S.-based small business with a U.S. headquarters;
Must be an Amazon Business customer;
Must have less than $1 million in annual revenue;
Must have made at least one purchase on Amazon Business in the 12 months prior to May 1, 2025;
Applicant must be over 18 years old;
Limit one (1) Application per account for an Eligible Business during the Contest Period.

1 Grand Prize: $25,000 Monetary Grant
4 Finalists: $20,000 Monetary Grant each
10 Semi-Finalists: $15,000 Monetary Grant each

Additional Prizes:

Business Prime Membership: One year of
Business Prime (Small or Essentials, dependent on account user count)

Business Prime Rewards:

$3,000 in rewards points for the Grand Prize recipient
$500 in rewards points for each of the Finalists
