TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC is excited to invite applications for the 2025 intake of its Young Graduate Trainee Program which is a key initiative under the TotalEnergies Africa program that focuses on nurturing young talent through structured training and capacity building. This opportunity is open to recent graduates from recognized institutions who are eager to gain valuable experience both locally and internationally.

The program runs for a period of 18 months, beginning with a 6-month local training phase followed by a 12-month international assignment within our African subsidiaries. Over the past decade, more than 50 young professionals have successfully completed the program, and we are proud to continue building on this impactful legacy.

Eligibility Criteria for Apply Now for the TotalEnergies Kenya Young Graduate Trainee Program 2025

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A minimum of Upper Second-Class Honors in any of the following disciplines, obtained within the last two years:

  1. Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic), Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
  2. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related business fields
  3. Other support functions including Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Law (LLB), Data Analytics/ Statistics, Economics, Environmental Studies / Sustainability Management
  4. Minimum KCSE Mean Grade of B+ or equivalent
  5. Maximum age of 26 years
  6. Must attach the following documents:
  7. KCSE Or equivalent Certificate.
  8. Copy of National ID card.
  9. Degree Certificate (or Master’s, if applicable).
  10. Relevant Professional Qualification Certificates
