2. Be graduating from a Cambridge, Ontario secondary school
3. Have been enrolled in a Cambridge high school for at least three years
4. Have achieved an average of over 80% in their final year of high school
5. Have accepted an offer to attend a post-secondary program
6. Demonstrate community involvement and participation in extra-curricular activities
