Eligibility Criteria for Croucher Scholarships for Doctoral Study 2026

1. Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong
2. Plan to pursue a PhD in natural sciences, medicine, or technology abroad
3. Must have First-Class Honours (or equivalent) or hold/expect a higher degree (MSc or MPhil)
4. Final-year undergraduates may apply (conditional on First-Class result)
