Eligibility Criteria for Heirs Oil and Gas University Scholarship 2025

To be considered for the Heirs Oil and Gas OML 17 HCDT University Scholarship, you must:

1. Must be a citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and an indigene of any of the OML 17 Host Communities as listed above
2. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Nigerian federal or state-owned university for an undergraduate program.
3. Must possess at least five O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English, in WASC, SSCE or NECO in ONE sitting.
4. Must be a certified full-time student.
5. Must be able to maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 5.0 scale (or 2.5 on a 4.0 scale) in every academic year throughout the scholarship period.
6. Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship, bursary, or grant from any other organization.
7. Must provide a valid identification letter from the applicable host community.

6. Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), educational information, other information, and upload required scanned documents.

7. Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in the same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.

8. Ensure you view all documents after uploading to ensure that they are clear and accurate.
