Malta Government Endeavor Scholarship 2025 | Fully Funded

The Malta Government ENDEAVOUR Scholarships Scheme is intended to support good-quality tertiary education at MQF level 7 and MQF level 8 to ensure that the Maltese labor market is supplied with the right individuals and to guarantee that it is in a better position to compete at an international level.

The scheme is aimed at supporting those pursuing this path to succeed both at the level of educational attainment as well as contributing effectively towards the economy.

The key objectives of the ENDEAVOUR II Scholarships Scheme are to

1. assist people in pursuing further levels of academic research.
2. reduce skills mismatches, particularly within the priority economic sectors.
3. support further research in science and technology; and
4. increase the capacity and level of research, innovation, and development activity in Malta.

Eligibility Criteria for Malta Government Endeavor Scholarship 2025 | Fully Funded

1. Be a Maltese or an international student
2. Be seeking to pursue Master’s or PhD studies (MFQ7 or MFQ8)
3. Note: If you already hold a Master’s degree, then you are eligible to apply for the PhD, but not for another Master’s or lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma. Applicants who are already enrolled in a PhD degree program or at the same level as a PhD are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

How to Apply

To apply for the Malta Government Endeavor Scholarship, interested and qualified candidates should

3. Eligible applicants will be called for an interview in the first instance. Only those who successfully pass the interview can move on to the next stage, which is the submission of documents required by the 2nd deadline, which is 10th October 2025.

5. the 4th Call Endeavour II Regulations will be awarded the scholarship
