MTN-National Employment Fund (FNE) Internship Program 2025 for Young Cameroonian Graduates

To mark its 25th anniversary, MTN Cameroon, in partnership with the National Employment Fund (FNE), is launching an exclusive 2-year internship program for 25 young Cameroonian graduates. This initiative reflects MTN’s commitment to promoting youth employment and advancing careers in digital and telecommunications.

Eligibility Criteria for MTN-National Employment Fund (FNE) Internship Program 2025 for Young Cameroonian Graduates

1. Applicants must be registered with the FNE and hold degrees in one of the following fields:

Service Activation

1. BTS/DUT in IT, Telecommunications, or Software Development
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management
3. A certificate in telecoms or provisioning is a plus

Compliance, Quality & Controls

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
2. Technical certifications accepted

Service Assurance

1. Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields

Digital Services

1. Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, IT, Marketing, or Communication
