Eligibility Criteria for Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program 2025

To be considered for the Stanbic Graduate Trainee Program, you must have the preferred qualifications and experience below:

1. A minimum of a second-class upper (or its equivalent) degree in any course from an accredited university.
2. A minimum of 5 credits (Mathematics and English inclusive) in GCE, NECO, or its equivalent.
3. Applicants should not be more than 26 years of age at engagement.
4. Applicants must have concluded the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme and have a discharge certificate in hand.
5. Applicant’s Date of Birth, Gender and Class of degree must be clearly stated

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

1. Graduate trainees will be required to work in varied work roles/locations and contexts with increasing levels of complexity.
2. Applicants must be passionate about building a career in Stanbic IBTC.
3. Graduate trainees would be based in Lagos but may be deployed to any department and location across the country.
