The Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global initiative by Unilever aimed at identifying and developing future leaders. ULIP 2025 runs in countries like Pakistan, Singapore, and Costa Rica. Interns will work for 8 weeks on real-life business projects at Unilever offices, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and a chance to build leadership and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria for Unilever Leadership Internship Program 2025

Be a student in the 3rd year of an undergraduate degree or enrolled in their master’s degree.
The ULIP is for people who want to get to grips with the inner workings of a vast business and a desire to understand how it works.
Applicants are expected to show commitment, learn real people skills, and have a deep-seated interest in the business.
