To be eligible for a scholarship, you must be a student or have an unconditional or conditional offer from the University of Brighton. Scholarships are open to a range of widely recognized sports and include disability sports.

Benefits of University of Brighton sports scholarships 2025

The benefits available to those that are successfully selected onto the programme each year are:

3. International students: fee waiver bursary up to £5,000 for the academic year, available for the top five undergraduate and postgraduate student athletes
4. gym membership
5. individual and/or small group strength and conditioning sessions
6. access to medical services, including physiotherapy and sports massage
7. professional coaching
8. mentoring/lifestyle support
9. athlete workshop programme covering topics such as sports physiology, nutrition, psychology, screenings, injury prevention and management and lifestyle management
