University of Vigo 2025 Beyond the Miño-Eures Cross-Border Internship Scholarship

Applications are now open for the University of Vigo 2025 Beyond the Miño-Eures Cross-Border Internship Scholarship.Carrying out academic, curricular or extracurricular internships, in an external entity based in Portugal. The grants aim to cover part of the expenses incurred by mobility from the usual place of residence.

Eligibility Criteria for University of Vigo 2025 Beyond the Miño-Eures Cross-Border Internship Scholarship

1. Have Spanish nationality, EU nationality proving continuous residence, or non-EU nationality proving legal residence in Spain within the application submission period (a residence permit for studies is not sufficient).
2. Be enrolled at the University of Vigo in the 2024/2025 academic year for the entire duration of the scholarship in the official undergraduate or master's degrees of the University of Vigo.
3. In the case of undergraduate studies, students must have passed 50% of the credits by the 2023/2024 academic year.

The internship period will have a maximum duration of 3 months and may take place between July 15 and October 15, 2025.

The dedication will be agreed upon between the entity and the students with a minimum number of 25 hours per week, of which, when necessary, a maximum of 30% of the weekly dedication may be carried out in a non-face-to-face manner.

Documents Required for Application

1. In the event that the student proposes the entity where the internship will be carried out, they must present the pre-acceptance letter from the company/institution that includes the internship program (linked to the competencies of the university degree taken) and the expected dates of the stay (Annex II).
2. EU students must present a document from the European Union Citizen Registry.
3. In the case of non-EU students, they must present their foreigner identification card stating their residence permit (a study residence permit is not sufficient).
