Eligibility Criteria for U.S Army 2025 Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP)

  1. Be a U.S. citizen by the time you commission as an Officer
  2. Qualify as a commissioned Officer
  3. Be in progress or have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
  4. Be enrolled full-time in or have applied to an accredited professional school in the United States or Puerto Rico
  5. Have full-time student status during the length of the program
