Eligibility Criteria for Bangor Merit and Entrance Scholarships

To be considered for the Merit Scholarships, you have to:

complete an Entrance Scholarships application form, applications open on 8th October (closing date Friday, 30th January, 2026)
sit an exam in the subject of your choice (with the exams being held at your school/college: Wednesday, 11th February, 2026).

The successful candidates will receive the Merit Scholarship in the first year, with the award being paid at the end of November.
