King's College London Nash Scholarship 2025-2026

The Nash Scholarship (Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution) is a full studentship to be awarded to an incoming PhD student in the Dickson Poon School of Law whose supervisor is a member of the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. Applications are welcome from any region in the world.

Eligibility Criteria for King's College London Nash Scholarship 2025-2026

  1. Must be accepted on the Law Research MPhil/PhD programme for October 2025. The subject area of proposed PhD research must relate to the centre’s research themes – see the Centre of Construction Law for more information.
  2. Postgraduate Research.
  3. Note: This studentship is awarded by a specific Nash Scholarship Committee in conjunction with the research centre, all awards are at the discretion of the centre.

Benefits of King's College London Nash Scholarship 2025-2026

This is a fully funded studentship that includes 3 years of fees + a maintenance stipend at the UKRI level with a London weighting.

It will also cover the ‘pending submission’ fee of £350 in the fourth year, with a stipend for maintenance up to the date of submission.
