The University of Stirling offers the Undergraduate Africa Scholarship to support talented students from across Africa. Eligible students will receive £5,000 per year, totalling £20,000 over four years, towards the cost of annual tuition fees. This award is automatically applied to tuition fee payments for students who meet the eligibility requirements.

The scholarship is available for new full-time undergraduate students starting their studies at the University of Stirling campus in September 2026 or January 2027. Applicants must be classed as international students and be living in Africa at the time of application.

Eligibility Criteria for University of Stirling Undergraduate Africa Scholarship 2026

  1. You must be classed as an International student for tuition fee purposes.
  2. You must be living in Africa at the point of application.
  3. You must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission for an eligible full-time undergraduate degree course, delivered at the University’s Stirling campus.
  4. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other University of Stirling scholarship (the exception being the University of Stirling’s Sports Scholarships).
  5. You must be a new student starting at the University, or progressing from the University of Stirling International Study Centre, in September 2026 or January 2027.
  6. Students progressing from a Foundation or International Year Two programme at the University of Stirling International Study Centre must have been domiciled in Africa at the point of application to the International Study Centre.
