Woods Hole Summer Student Fellowship 2026 USA (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the Woods Hole Summer Student Fellowship 2026 in the USA. The Woods Hole Summer Internship is a fully funded 10-week internship for international students from all countries. Each year, Woods Hole selects 25-30 students per summer. There is no application fee, and this is a fully funded internship that covers all expenses. The Woods Hole Internship is offered by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), located in Massachusetts. Candidates from a wide range of academic fields can apply. Eligibility Criteria for Woods Hole Summer Student Fellowship 2026 USA (Fully Funded)

  1. The Woods Hole Summer Fellowship is open to all International students.
  2. Applicants must be undergraduate students who will have completed their junior year by the start of the fellowship.
  3. Graduates are not eligible.
  4. Students in a three-year Bachelor’s program should be in their second year.
  5. Those in a five-year combined Bachelor’s/Master’s program should be in their third year.
  6. Required Documents

    2. Unofficial university transcript
    3. 3 letters of recommendation
    4. Course record
    5. Personal statement
