About Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE)

The Taiwan Scholarship is granted by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education (MOE) to encourage outstanding Nigeria students (excluding students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) to undertake degree programs in Taiwan. It offers study opportunities for a wide range of disciplines at universities in Taiwan. This program also aims at promoting people-to-people relationship between Nigeria and Taiwan, and increasing bilateral academic and educational links of higher learning as well. Likewise, focal point of the program is to develop outstanding and prospective professionals and experts to meet the needs in a global village.

The Ministry of Education (MOE) 2025 Taiwan Scholarship Programme is designed for outstanding Nigerian students who wish to pursue undergraduate, master's, and PhD degrees in Taiwan. This initiative aims to enhance academic exchange and bilateral relations between Nigeria and Taiwan while supporting talented individuals in achieving their educational goals.
